The Requirement...

More and more End Users, Developers and Consultants have a requirement for all technical documentation associated with a construction project to be presented in a fully hyperlinked electronic format. This straight away opens up a requirement for scanning of test certificates, manufacturers literature and possibly even the document text.  Many companies just do not have the know-how, where-withal or equipment to meet this requirement.  "How do I do it?", "How much will it cost?", How long will it take?", "Who can do this?" are just some of the questions you will ask.

Harper Tether Associates have been producing E-Manuals since 1997, utilising a bespoke front end with Adobe Acrobat portable document format (PDF), which is a tried and tested technology used extensively throughout the World Wide Web and the graphic design industry.  This combination provides an easy to use interface between you and the information contained within the manual. Access to the information is simplicity itself - just position the mouse pointer over a hyperlink or bookmark and click once with the left mouse button.
